Overview
Purpose: To support the efforts of the LEGION by
providing the means to accomplish ANY objective, no matter how complicated or
difficult, using bleeding edge technology, vast resources, knowlege, and the best officers
of their field.
Details: The Special Operations division was
created as a solution to all previously insurmountable obstacles of military and paramilitary
intervention. Special Ops. is generally called on when even the rigorous training and
lethal force of the rest of the LEGION is insufficient for the situation, and there is no
one else to turn to. Special Ops. is also essentially the battlefield 911 service in some
situations. When success is in jeopardy, Special Operations supplies the extra offense
and/or enginuity.
People: The members of this elite team are also
members of other divisions. The Special Operations team is composed of those already in
the LEGION, who demonstrate the great ability necessary for the unusual demands of this
division.
Admission: There is no way to apply for Special
Ops. This division is an honor and privilege, and is invitation only.

Specifics
Uniform: Uniforms consist of the standard black
uniforms for all other divisions, but with an understated gold highlight, as opposed to the
color of any divisions members might also be in. The skull insignia on the individual's right
side is the symbol of Special Operations, rather than that of the entire LEGION. (The two
closely resemble each other.) The SO insignia is gold (~20kt, rather than just the color.)
and black for dress uniforms, but monochromatic black for duty uniforms. Duty uniforms are
not required when there is possible implications with a member's mission parameters.
Current Director: Commander IronMan
Personnel: None currently. Former members have
left the LEGION to pursue a regular life, and Special Operations has been recently
reworked from the ground up. Members shall be selected in the near future.
